Secondly, C-KIOSK has innovated an optimized delivery system that reduces costs AND reduces environmental impact. Consider the difference between 10 deliveries to 10 locations versus a single delivery of 10 Vitaboxes to one C-KIOSK.
Finally, Vitaboxes are pre-ordered and each type of box contains the same contents.
How do I subscribe?
It's easy - just click the "ORDER BOX" button and follow the steps. And remember – you can unsubscribe any time after a 4-week commitment. See the next question for details about that.
Am I committing to a regular order?
To keep our costs as low as possible so we can offer you incredible value, we order large quantities over a fixed period. So when you subscribe you are signing up for a weekly box for at least 4 weeks.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free!
What time will you deliver?
Your delivery will generally be the next day after a subscription and that will be the same delivery day every week after. Deliveries are always before noon – so you can add some yummy fresh fruit and veg to your lunch.
The beauty of C-KIOSK is that you can pick up your box at any time that is convenient for you - from noon till midnight.
What is a kiosk?
Our kiosks are located in the lobby of your residential building* and serve as thermo-insulated smart food lockers that store fruits and veggies for hours. Kiosks leverage digital technology to connect your online order with a physical locker containing your Vitabox.
What is a Vitabox?
Vitabox is an assortment of produce curated each month based on the season and the value of produce available from our partners. While that means that the box’s content may vary, you will always get fresh fruits and vegetables for the best price matched with DRI (Dietary Reference Intake).
How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept payment by credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard).
When do I get charged?
We charge your card once the order is placed for the minimum subscription period - 1 month (4 weekly boxes).
How do I skip or pause delivery?
If you want to put your subscription on hold, email or call us and we’ll be happy to hit pause till you’re ready for your next Fruit & Veg Box.
What if I'm dissatisfied with my box?
If you aren’t completely satisfied, then it's on us! Just let us know and we'll credit you the value of the box immediately and do everything possible to ensure it never happens again.
